Biography
Tunahan Sefa Aydın works as an attorney and trademark attorney at Erdem & Erdem Law Office. He mainly focuses on commercial law, intellectual property, trademark, administrative law and dispute resolution, advising domestic and foreign clients, litigation and representation of clients before courts and administrative authorities.
Tunahan Sefa Aydın focuses his practice on disputes arising out of shareholding and dealership relations, as well as recognition and enforcement lawsuits and annulment of administrative acts and sanctions.
Tunahan Sefa Aydın graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is currently studying for his master’s degree in private law.

- Representing of clients on recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards for enforcement in Türkiye.
- Representation of clients in commercial and administrative lawsuits in accordance with the legislation applicable to port businesses.
- Providing legal advice to domestic and foreign clients at the pre-litigation stage in a wide range of disputes related to the law of obligations, commercial law and administrative law.
- Reviewing agency, dealership and sole dealer agreements, providing legal consultancy and settlement services in disputes arising from these relationships.
- Providing legal advice to clients in disputes arising from intellectual and industrial property law.
- As a trademark attorney, conducting trademark registration, objection to publication and trademark cancellation processes for domestic and foreign clients.
- Providing administrative application and consultancy services for the issuance of permits, licenses, registrations and such administrative transactions of clients.
