İbrahim Onur Baysal
Biography
Onur Baysal is a Partner and Capital Markets Leader of Erdem & Erdem. He has 15 years of experience in capital markets transactions, government regulations, mutual funds, stock exchanges, corporate governance, takeovers, M&A’s, rights and protection of minority shareholders and other stakeholders, disclosure requirements, sell-outs, squeeze-outs, capital increase/decrease, financial crimes and corporate compliance.
He renders consultancy services to national and multinational companies operating in various sectors with their projects seeking finance via capital markets and restructuring.
Also he participated various working groups with both national and international public entities regarding regulation of capital markets, transposition of EU regulations, Islamic Finance, sustainable finance and prevention of corruption
In addition to that he has a wide experience in corporate matters and actively participated and managed; finance, joint venture, M&A, supply, manufacturing, procurement, purchase, intellectual property, joint project/development (e.g autonomous vehicle development), dealership/distributorship, agency and contract manufacturing contracts especially in automotive sector.
