refer to the rules already drafted (i.e. UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules).

In the case of institutional arbitration, it is strongly recommended to

use the model clauses proposed by the institution. The guidelines pre-

pared to help a better drafting of the arbitration agreement should be

referred to IBA Guidelines. Unless there is a particular need, the arbi-

tration agreement should be kept as simple as possible.
