both majority and minority shares are subject to the same examination
within the scope of the Communiqué. Anti-competitive concerns, such
as the facilitation of coordination between competitors and the
exchange of information, increasing transparency in the market, the
creation and strengthening of the dominant position and, thereby,
impeding competition between competitors, and decreasing competi-
tive pressure are assessed within the scope of horizontal mergers and
acquisitions.
