Recently PPP projects in Turkey have gained a new dimension with integrated health campuses. Erdem & Erdem has been mandated to represent the developer in the project financing of the construction and operation of the first ever PPP project in the Turkish healthcare sector. This project, valued at approximately € 330 million, is for the design, construction and management (of non-core services) of the new 1,500 bed, Kayseri Integrated Health Campus.
