Ecem Süsoy Uygun is a Managing Associate in the Competition and Compliance Department of Erdem & Erdem Law Office. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, competition law, data law, and sustainability and energy regulation. Süsoy advises domestic and international clients on cross-border transactions, antitrust and trade regulation matters in various industries. She assists clients with regard to merger control and exemption filings made before the Turkish Competition Authority and she further represents clients in all phases of the competition law investigations before the Competition Authority. Additionally, she assists companies in complying with data protection compliance programs.
