• The Council of Ministers Resolution on the Ratification of the
Appendix No. 5 to the Financing Agreement with relation to the
National Program of Turkey, 2008 within the framework of Pre
Accession Assistance – Transition Assistance and Institutional

• The Law on the Approval of the Ratification of the Free Trade
Agreement between the Republic of Turkey and the
Government of Malaysia entered into force through publication
in the Official Gazette dated 20.02.2015 and numbered 29273.
• The Law on Approval of the “Ratification of the Memorandum
of Understanding Concerning Development of the Electricity
Interconnections of the Turkey-Georgia between the Turkish
Republic Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and
Georgia Ministry of Energy” entered into force through publi-
cation in the Official Gazette dated 26.02.2015 and numbered
29279.
• The Law on Approval of the “Ratification of the Memorandum
of Understanding Concerning Cooperation on Energy between
