Istanbul PPP Week 2020
The 5th Public Private Partnership (PPP) Week, organized with the cooperation of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) and the Istanbul PPP Center of Excellence (PPPCoE), was held online between 2 and 5 November 2020. The event, which included project presentations of senior government officials, addressed many important issues, including the latest trends for PPP projects, sustainability in infrastructure works, project financing and legal framework, the impact of the pandemic on PPP projects and a roadmap for the on-going processes.
Nearly 1200 participants from 61 countries registered for the event, which revealed the experiences of the Turkish public and private sector in PPP projects.
Nezihe Boran, the Managing Associate in Corporate Affairs Unit of Erdem & Erdem, moderated the country presentations on the current status of PPP projects in Ukraine, Kenya and Tanzania and roadmaps for the on-going processes.
