Energy Law Research Institute Energy Litigation Congress 2024
The Energy Litigation Congress organised by the Energy Law Research Institute was held in Ankara on Thursday, 08 February 2024. Erdem & Erdem, Partner, Competition & Compliance Leader and Energy Law Research Institute Board Member Mert Karamustafaoğlu made a presentation titled "Unlicensed Electricity Generation in terms of Competition Law; Güzel Energy Decision" in the first session of the panel. In his presentation Att. Karamustafaoğlu touched upon unlicensed electricity generation and its relationship with competition law.
In the Congress, which was held with a comprehensive content on all markets that make up the energy sector, detailed analyses of the dispute issues arising from current developments and the possible effects of current judicial decisions were evaluated.
