Amendment to the Communiqué on Decree No. 32 on the Protection of the Value of the Turkish Currency (Communiqué No: 2008-32/34)
The Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2024-32/70) Amending the Communiqué (Communiqué No: 2008-32/34) on the Decree No: 32 regarding the Protection of the Value of the Turkish Currency was published in the Official Gazette dated 08.10.2024 and numbered 32686.
With the amendment introduced by the stated communiqué, Turkish-resident, notified bodies, appointed under the Medical Device Regulation and In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device Regulation, are now permitted to conclude service contracts with manufacturers and employment contracts with persons residing in Türkiye in foreign currency or indexed to foreign currency denominations.
