The chapter on legal developments provides global insight into material developments in international agreements, laws, presidential decrees, regulations, communiqués, the decisions of the Turkish Competition Board Authority, important developments in energy law legislation and also extracts of key precedents that were adopted in 2021. We believe that this last chapter provides an executive summary at legal developments. This book contains a total of 72 articles and an extensive Legal Developments section.
