501 LEGAL DEVELOPMENTS • The Board granted individual exemption to the Tender Sa- les Contract concluded by and between Bayer Türk Kimya Sanayii Ltd. Şti. and Medifar Ecza Deposu İlaç Tic. A.Ş. (28.07.2020, 20-36/488-214) • The Board granted negative clearance to the Non-Life In- surance Bancassurance Agreement signed between Güneş Sigorta A.Ş. and Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O., and to the Life and Pension Bancassurance Agreement signed between Vakıf Emeklilik ve Hayat A.Ş. and Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O., due to the fact that these agreements are not regar- ded as agreements between undertakings as per the Article 4 of Law numbered 4054, and they met all of the conditions stated in Articles 6 and 7 of the stated Law.
