A.Ş. subject to notification, the non-usufructuary contract benefits from the group exemp- tion within the scope of the Group Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements numbered 2002/2, and the usufruc- tuary contract will benefit from the group exemption within the scope of the Group Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements numbered 2002/2, provided that the provisions related to the period in Article 21 of the usufructuary cont- ract will be prepared in a way to state that the contract period cannot exceed five years. (07.05.2020, 20-23/300-146) • The Board, within the framework of Article 8 of Law No. 4054, granted negative clearance document to IMKTS –The Protocol For Subscription to the Construction Chemicals System regarding the establishment of a market control system to check the compliance of the products in the buil- ding chemicals industry with the legislation and certification by the Construction Materials Industrialists Association of Turkey (07.05.2020, 20-23/293-141) • The Board decided to cancel the Board’s decision dated 30.05.2019 and numbered 19-20/291-126, which was amen- ded by decision 07.11.2019 and numbered 19-38/563-232. The cancelled decision stated that BKM Express services shall not be granted an exemption pursuant to Article 5 of Law No. 4054; the previous exemption granted by the Board’s decision dated 23.09.2016 and numbered 16-31/525- 236, pursuant to Article 13 of Law No. 4054; and the BKM Express services by Bankalararası Kart Merkezi A.Ş. shall terminate on 30 June 2020.
