Japan Alumina Associates Pty Ltd. is under the joint control of ITOCHU Minerals & Energy of Australia Pty Ltd., which is the subsidiary of Sojict Corporation and ITOCHU Corporation. (19-06/57-21, 07.02.2019) • From amongst the agreements titled “Frame Agreement” and “Tobacco Leaf Supply Agreement,” which are signed betwe- en JTI Yaprak Tütün Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Prestij Tütün Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and İsmet ÇAKIN, the Board decided that the “Tobacco Leaf Supply Agreement” benefits from a block exemption within the scope of Block Exemption Communiqué No. 2002/2, and granted individual exemption to the “Frame Agreement.” (19-07/81-33, 13.2.2019) • The Board granted individual exemption to the Framework Agreement and supplemental agreements to be signed between Allianz Sigorta A.Ş. and Bereket Sigorta A.Ş.
