448 NEWSLETTER 2018 • The Board decided that the Distributorship Agreement, which is a typical agreement signed between Mey İçki Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Gram Gıda ve Tekel Maddele- ri A.Ş., benefits from a block exemption within the scope of Block Exemption Communiqué No. 2002/2 on Vertical Agreements in terms of whiskey, wine, liquor, tequila, and rum products; it also granted individual exemption to the Distributorship Agreement in terms of raki, vodka, and gin products that cannot be included within the scope of a block exemption of Communiqué No. 2002/2, due to the fact that they meet all of the conditions listed in Article 5 of Law No. 4054. (19.09.2018, 18-33/547-270) • The Board decided that the Domestic Plane Fuel and Lo- ading Service Purchase Framework Agreement between THY OPET Havacılık Yakıtları A.Ş. and Türk Hava Yolları A.O. benefits from a group exemption in Antalya, Dalaman (Muğla), Sabiha Gökçen (İstanbul), Çorlu (Tekirdağ), Tokat and Siirt Airports, where the market share of THYOPET Ha- vacılık Yakıtları A.Ş. is below 40%, and granted individual exemption to the Agreement in Atatürk, Adana, Adıyaman, Ağrı, Aydın-Çıldır, Diyarbakır, Esenboğa (Ankara), Elazığ, Erhaç (Malatya), Erkilet (Kayseri), Erzincan, Erzurum, Ferit Melen (Van), Batman, GAP (Şanlıurfa), Bingöl, Gaziantep, Cengiz Topel (Kocaeli), Hatay, Çanakkale, Iğdır, Çardak (Denizli), Kahramanmaraş, Çarşamba (Samsun), Zafer (Kü- tahya), Konya, Kars, Merzifon (Amasya), Kastamonu, Nuri Demirdağ (Sivas), Kocaseyit (Balıkesir), Yenişehir (Bursa), Mardin, Muş, Hakkâri, Şerafettin Elçi (Şırnak), Ordu-Gi- resun, Sinop, Uşak and Trabzon Airports where the market share of THY OPET Havacılık Yakıtları A.Ş. is over 40%m as all conditions under Article 5 of Law numbered 4054 have been satisfied.
