The decision enters into force 9 months as of the date of publica- tion. • Constitutional Court Decision numbered E.2015/55 and K. 2016/45 cancelled the expression of “on the expropriation date” in the paragraph (f) of Article 11 of Expropriation Law numbered 4650 and dated 04.11.1983 was published in the Official Gazette dated 28.06.2016 and numbered 29756. • The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency Decisions dated 22.07.2016 and numbered 6947 on the revocation of activity authorization of Asya Katılım Bankası A.Ş. was published in the Official Gazette dated 23.07.2016 and num- bered 29779.
