This Communiqué entered into force on 01.01.2016. • EMRA published its Decision numbered 5966-24 on the Amendment to the Principles and Procedures of the Profile Practices to be used in Reconciliation Calculations as per Electricity Market Balancing and Reconciliation Regulation on 06.01.2016. • EMRA published the Natural Gas Market Sector Report of November 2015, on 20.01.2016. • The Regulation on the Amendments of the Regulation re- garding the Petrol Market License was published in the Of- ficial Gazette dated 23.01.2016 and numbered 29602. This Regulation entered into force on 01.02.2016. • EMRA’s Decision dated 12.01.2016 and numbered 6065/1-b regarding the Amendments on EMRA Decisions on the Ex- planations regarding Application of Petrol Market License numbered 3242/2 and the Information and Documents Requested in the Application of the Amendment of Petrol Market License, was published in the Official Gazette dated 23.01.2016 and numbered 29602. This Regulation entered into force on 01.02.2016. • EMRA’s Decision dated 21.02.2016 and numbered 6079 re- garding the Amendments of the EMRA Decision pertaining to the Using Instructions of the Energy Market Notification System, was entered into force through publication in the Official Gazette dated 27.01.2016 and numbered 29606.
