(23.06.2016, 16-21/363-169) • The Board decided that the Board of Directors Resolution of the Banks Association of Turkey suggesting the exchange commission fees on money cheques exchanges to be applied at the sum of TL 15 is within the scope of Article 4 of Act No. 4054; as a result of characteristic conditions of the ser- vice market which payments made with money check, the Board of Directors Resolution, subject to notification, is to be granted an extension pursuant to Article 5 of Law num- bered 4054 in the event of usage of a weighted mean method considering the size of foreign money cheque transactions; the term of the extension to be determined as 2 years starting from certification within 30 days that the above-mentioned condition is met.
